Melaynie's Masquerade had my attention from the first page. I found the characters interesting and the situations she put herself into quite exciting. As a father of daughters, I could appreciate the concern her father and brother had for her wellbeing. However, I couldn't help being a bit jealous of her very fortunate lover. I look forward to reading her future adventures, and wouldn't hesitate to buy other works by this author.Product details

This was a fun book. It provided bits of history, adventure and romance in an easy to read way. When I got to the end I was wishing for a sequel. Maybe soon??
I have received this book for my birthday in October last year.
I have not read a romance novel for a long time so I was not eager to read it.Couple weeks ago I glanced at few pages and could not put it away.
I absolutely loved it! The writing style of the writer is utterly captivating and so expressive.I was taken away on the wonderful journey of a romance and an adventure.
The story has stirred many emotions.Pretence...true love...
passion....destiny. Find out for yourself and learn some history too.....
These books are fun to read! I've read both volumes and each was most enjoyable. Plentiful details and unexpected twists keep the reader engaged. The characters are credible. I'd love to meet Melaynie. Better still, I'd like to meet Bernardino! I hope a sequel will follow soon.
I loved Melaynie's Masquerade and would highly recommend it to anyone. I couldn't put this book down because of her many adventures at sea and on land. Victoria Giraud is a wonderful writer and I am looking forward to her next adventure with Melaynie.
